Change password
Login to Myangadi.com, select the MyAccount in the top right corner and select the link "Change your Password". Enter your new password twice in the box listed and click continue.
Is Free Shipping available?
Free Shipping for all places in South India if your order value is greater than Rs.500, else Rs. 45 will be added as a shipping charge. For North India Rs.90 will be added as shipping cost.
Money Refunds
If the book is not available through or in Re-Print we will pay the amount back to your account itself. We will intimate you if the book is available in future.
If you placed your order twice then we will pay the amount back to your account itself.
Durations to deliver books
If the book ordered by you is in stock with us, we ship it immediately. Otherwise it may take days which will be informed through mail or over phone.
Price Changes in Book
For some books due to republications, there may be changes in books price those will be adjusted with the paid money and books will be given in the MRP rate.
Ordered books/products not received.
If you didn't receive your order after 15 days, please intimate us, we will checkout with the courier or post office with the tracking number and get back to you.
Delivery Information
Delivery Time:
For Tanjore Paintings minimum time of 5-12 days needed. For Golu Dolls, we ship in First in First Out Basis.
Delivery timelines are stated based on the product and we try to close all Orders within the stipulated time. Any Request placed by the buyer for priority will be considered based on the product and such orders remain at the Company’s sole discretion for getting processed or cancelled.
For Golu Dolls Shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight and collected by the courier person while delivery.
Mode of Delivery
We ship books through Couriers or Indian Postal Service. Delivery of goods to your destination may take 2 to 7 business days. The time may get vary if there is any bad weather conditions or social disturbances. Incase the delivery of the product get delayed we will inform you.
