Mode of Delivery

We ship books through Couriers or Indian Postal Service. Delivery of goods to your destination may take 2 to 7 business days. The time may get vary if there is any bad weather conditions or social disturbances. Incase the delivery of the product get delayed we will inform you.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping options. Please contact us @ 8344143220 or mail us at support@myangadi.com for details.

* For Golu Dolls Shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight and collected by the courier person while delivery. 

We ensure that products shipped from us are free from defects. But incase if it get damaged on transit, you can return the ordered products only if it had been damaged on transit. We will send a new product to you after receiving the damaged product / refund you. But you need to claim it within 5 days after delivery. We won't handle returns and refunds after 5 days. Cancellations:

Orders cancelled before the shipping are eligible for 100% acceptance policy, customer bears the commisions paid for the transactions thorugh CCAVENUE / Paypal. If shipping is done you cannot cancel the ordered product or you need to bear the cancellation and shipping charges. Please call us and inform your Order ID to cancel your order.

Refunds:

The order cancelled will be refuned to you through the same mode you had made the payment to us if it is India or else through Bank Tranfer. (We make payment and refunds to Bank account in India) The refunds take 3-4 business days. Please call us for any help regarding the refunds.

For eBooks no returns are accepted and we won't issue refund.

Unavailability of Books or other Products:

If a book or other products are unavailable from the publisher, then the amount will be automatically refuned to your account with an intimation mail. We try to complete every orders, but some of the books are unavailable from the publication itself or from the market itself. In this case, your amount will be refunded to you account.

Changes in Product Rates:

In case of change of Price in Books after republications or price change in other products, we wil intimate you through mail or through phone, either you can pay the difference amount and get the order or you can refund for the order if you are interested to pay the difference amount

It is the responsibility of the customer to know about terms and conditions before buying at Myangadi.com. We are not responsible for the ignorance. Myangadi has rights to change the terms and conditions. The images shown in the website may vary with the actual product as this images are used only for the indications and not the original one.
